1 Can I order a quantity that is not listed?

You can order odd quantity such as 142pcs, but they must be in multiples of the pack qty, you will be charged at the lower quantity break.

2 Can I see my logo before you print it?
Yes, We send a PDF proof for you to approve before we print, we'll either email it or fax it to you. A printed proof is available subject to extra charge.

3 How do I send my logo to you?
There are two ways you can send your logo to us. The easiest and fastest way to send artwork is sending via email. The other method is to send it by mail on a CD..

4 Is credit card the only way we can make a payment?
Credit card is the preferable way to make a payment to avoid delays, but you can send payment by cheque or BAC's. If you decide to send either a cheque or BAC's, the production time does not start until we receive your payment.

5 Once I place an order, How long does it take before I get my order?
Our normal production time is around 15 working days after you have approved your proof. Complex print jobs like transfers can take a little longer. Transit time will be another 1-5 days.
